LPR FUNCTION IN THE 4000 SERIES

The autonomous license plate recognition function enables the detection and identification of license plate characters and compares them with a database stored in the camera's memory.

Depending on the recognition result and configured options, the camera can perform various actions, such as activating an alarm output to control a barrier or gate, sending email notifications, saving photos and/or recordings on a memory card, or storing information in the cloud (the range and type of available reactions may vary depending on the camera model and/or software version). Sending recognition information to a recorder allows for expanding the range of reactions available in the recorder.

Thanks to an advanced algorithm, recognition can be effective regardless of the time of day and weather conditions.
